Smart Vision Lights has been featured in the “Industrial Automation: Smart cameras speed automated automobile assembly” published on Vision Systems Design website. In this article, a finalist for the application contest held at the Innovative Illumination Summit is highlighted. The application focuses on ensuring that the fuel filler system mounted to the bed of the Ford F-150 truck was properly mounted on the assembly line. The light chosen to accomplish this task was the L300 Linear Connect-a-Light.
