Our 10 Year Limited Warranty

All Smart Vision Lights products are meticulously designed, assembled, and tested thoroughly before being shipped. Most Smart Vision Lights products are covered under our limited warranty for a period of 10 years* from the date of shipping (effective 12/1/2013). We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturer defects, including any made in the assembly process and in the materials. In the unfortunate case that a problem should occur during the warranty period, please contact the distributor or Smart Vision Lights directly as soon as possible. We will take the appropriate steps to either repair or replace your product (at our option) at no charge. Smart Vision Lights will not assume responsibility for the misuse, obvious abuse, special, supplementary, consequential, or indirect damages of our products under this provision. Products showing any sign of disassembly or alteration, upon our inspection, are null and void of any warranty rights. If the product inspected for warranty is deemed to have a manufacturer defect and covered under warranty, Smart Vision Lights will cover ground shipping expenses for return of the item. Smart Vision Lights will not pay for expedited return shipping requests. If expedited return shipping is required, it must be paid for by another party. Custom products are subject to our 10-year limited warranty,* but are NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

*To qualify for the 10-year warranty, the light must be registered. Customers must complete and return the warranty card shipped with each light, or register the product(s) online at SmartVisionLights.com/product-registration. If the light is not registered, the warranty reverts to 5 years.

  • Gardasoft products (5 years)
  • Keyence products (5 years)
  • T-slot lights (3 years)
  • LLM and External Drivers (3 years)
  • All ultraviolet products (2 years)

This warranty is non-transferable.
