Evaluation
Pattern and measurement tools are used to ensure the part is within specification. The part must be fixtured for the application to remain robust. The finish of the part must remain consistent. The angle of the camera and light is crucial to the application, if this angle cannot be achieve the application will not be feasible. A checker is not sufficient for this application as it does not have the tools necessary to complete the inspection reliably.
