Norton Shores, Mich., January 1, 2025 – Smart Vision Lights is pleased to announce that Steve VanderZwaag has officially stepped into the role of President and CEO, effective today. Steve succeeds Dave Spaulding, who retired at the end of 2024 after 12 years of transformative leadership.
Steve VanderZwaag brings over 25 years of leadership experience in engineering and quality management to the role. Since joining Smart Vision Lights in 2020, Steve has been instrumental in establishing the company’s electronic assembly department and has led critical engineering initiatives. Promoted to Vice President of Engineering in 2023, Steve has driven product innovation, process improvements, and customer-focused solutions as a key member of the leadership team.
