M.A.R.S. Robot (sponsored by Smart Vision Lights) finished the preliminary round at districts in Howell in 4th place out of a field of 40 robots. The team did a great job, but lost in the quarter finals when the robot failed with a communication problem.

Smart Vision Lights would like to welcome Chelsey Riehl to our team. Chelsey started as an intern at Smart Vision Lights in 2011 and spent time working in many of Smart Vision Lights’ departments. Upon finishing her business and accounting degree this spring at Aquinas College, Chelsey was hired full-time as a procurement specialist.

A couple of SVL members manned the exhibition in Paris. Those who visited our booth were highly interested in machine vision lighting and excited about our technology.
