Return Policy

The Smart Vision Lights return policy applies both online and offline orders.

• Credit, excluding shipping, can be issued for returns within 30 days of ship date.
• Product quantities over 10 need written approval from a Smart Vision Lights representative. 
• Products must be in 100% like-new condition and in original packaging.

• RMA number must be issued and referenced on the return shipment. 
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, duties, fees, etc. 
• All returns beyond 30 days from the ship date must be approved by a Smart Vision Lights representative and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. 
• All products returned in less than 100% like new condition will be evaluated and Smart Vision Lights will exercise the right to deny credit.   
• Discontinued or obsolete products are not returnable. 
• Custom products are not returnable.
