On April 27, I attended the first-ever UK Industrial Vision Association (UKIVA) Machine Vision Conference & Exhibition at ArenaMK in Milton Keynes, England, and found myself pleasantly surprised. One never knows how these first-time events will turn out, but from my perspective it was a great success.
Automate 2017 was another great show for Smart Vision Lights. Not only did we experience strong booth traffic, but we were very pleased to see so many customers using our lights in their showcased products. Our unofficial count for the number of booths that featured at least one light built by Smart Vision Lights.
September 12 – 17, 2016 McCormick Place in Chicago Illinois hosted one of its largest annual events, the International Manufacturing Technology Show. IMTS is one of the largest industrial trade shows in the world, featuring 2,407 exhibiting companies and 115,612 registrants.
When it comes to dome lights, Andrew Atherton from Kendall Electric, knows what he’s talking about: “When I first took it (the DDL Dome Light) out of the box last week I was very impressed by how light it was…when I powered it up and captured some images with it, I was equally impressed by the light output from it and its evenness of illumination.
The Technology Forum Event, hosted by Stemmer Imaging GmbH is held every other November at the Dolce Hotel in Munich. The inaugural event was held in 2013.
Specializing in multiple package configurations on a variety of blister packaging lines, contract pharmaceutical packager PCI needed the right light architecture to optimize its machine vision inspection.
Everyone was excited to see if the new biennial show format would be a success and improve attendance. Unofficial numbers put the event at around 8,800 attendees over a 3-day period. The first day of the show started out slow in the morning.
October 15th thru the 18th, Smart Vision Lights attended the fall AHTD meetings in Colorado Springs Co. As always it was great to see many of our amazing Distributors from all over the world come together in one place.
Smart Vision Lights had a busy week in Boston at the Vision show. The booth was very busy as the turn out “was excellent”. This year we featured some new products including the new Fluorescent Replacement light.
